Well, what is going on with me?
Last week I met up with jamielee and veyron for sushi. It was GLORIOUS!!! Most places I go for sushi have 3-4 things that are good and the rest is OK. But here. Mmmmmm. I had never been there before and it is only 2 miles from my house. New Fav Sushi place. I wish one of us had taken a picture of the Boat they brought all the food out on. Then the after picture. Nothing left but some garnish and some wood. I might have eaten part of the actual boat on accident. Oh well.
Last night, I had an "interview/audition" to be the main Front of House engineer for a place called Rock & Roll Hotel in DC. It doesn't pay much but it is more than I am making now (yay), longer commute (boo), good experience (yay), in the Hood (boo), get to mix national acts (yay), no health insurance (boo). Decisions, decisions. I am having the "talk" with my boss tomorrow about money, hours and BS. we'll see how that goes.
Well, I am getting older and I went to the doctor to have a gambit of tests done. One of which was TB. You are suppose to wait 3 days and then have it "read". My mother is a nurse so she checked it out on day 3 and it looked fine. Now it's day 4 and it is starting to swell and get red. Hmmm. let's see how it looks in a couple more days. How do you get TB? I mean I know how you contract TB but how in the fuck, in the 21st century do you get TB?! Other than that, most everything was fine except my liver function test was "elevated". They told me to come back in in 2 weeks to do the test again... and not to drink this time. I don't drink. WTF?
