well, it's official...
I am homeless.
By homeless I mean I no longer own a house. I closed on it Friday with only minor glitches. Closings always have glitches but mine were minor. The tried to charge me twice for my water bill. Meh. After all was said and done I walked away from the table with just over $72k. HOLY SHIT!!! This was a Friday night and I had to hold onto that check. I put it in the bank first thing Saturday morning. Like I'm gonna have a certified bank chek locked in my glovebox for 3 days. It won't clear until Friday and then the great payoff begins. Payoff my credit cards, school loan, pay my parents back for making my mortgage payment and pay off my shitbox car. THEN, it is buy a new car and sock some money away for a rainy day.
I asked this question a while ago but now I am ready to do something: What car should I get? 2 main options are a Honda Element or a Chrysler 300. Both have their perks but I am kind of torn. What do you think?

if you're gonna get the 300 you have to get the 300C cuz it's totally the modern american muscle car but i couldn't ever live with owning such a thing. I think the element is ugly but I'd go with any honda over any chrysler any day. it will last. the chrysler will not. plus you need a hatchback at a minimum for gigging.

i'm a tard. was thinkin of the charger. the 300c does have a cool engine. still wouldn't buy a chrysler tho.
