After 3 interviews with real estate agents, I have finally picked one. He used to do sound engineering years ago so we hit it off right off the bat. Plus, if he doesn't sell the house in 60 days, he pays me $1000. Nice!
I think I will have a job interview the beginning of next week doing telecom sales which is a long story but the short is I can do it and not have to really do shit to get paid. If that falls through, I am probably going to get a job at guitar center. Either way, I need to start making money. With that being said, I am probably quiting my bouncer job in Georgetown because of the drive and BS I have to deal with when I go in there. I am going to try to leave on good terms so I can still take people in there after I am gone. Even though I would not be caught dead there, everyone else loves it. It's OK I am still the doorman up here in the Have a Disgrace. It's right by my house, I get off an hour earlier, I get paid $20 less a night but there is no BS to deal with.

What was really weird was everything seemed so much smaller than I remembered it. I've heard other people say that too, so it must be a pretty common experience.
