equity lenders are the only ones who will be able to GIVE me a loan. Which is why the house has to appraise for so much money. 95% of lenders were ruled out when I had a foreclosure and a bankruptcy hanging over me. So, yeah.... Also, I didn't get your comment about stopping by till after I got home from philly, or I woulda dropped in for a few.
