had a lovely time in california, beaches, driving, friends and family. now back in bk bartending for the "get me to paris fund". today went to pride for a bit---lots of people watching on christopher street, yum. almost forgot my own birthday this week. good thing my boss reminded me to take friday off. oh and i've been having helpful psychic moments. (found a slip of paper with a phone number for one of my coworkers in a huge pile of trash with lots of slips of paper---was the first one i picked up. also knew that my friend's lost 50 dollars were in her jeans pocket from the day before. she never puts cash in her pockets. go figure.)

wish me luck on finding a job in paris. i need it....
