The weight lifting is going well. It's nice to be back to working out again. I missed it. As for running. HOLY CALF CRAMP FROM HELL. I am going to be power walking for a while - running seems to bring the cramp right back.

Anyone use Fitocracy? Thoughts? I'm thinking of using it.

Honey Boo Boo is hilarious. I know it's trash, I'm not going to defend it. But it makes me laugh, and that's more than I can say for most things.
