Waiting to hear if I will be pre-approved for a mortgage. Decided to go through the process before house shopping to avoid potential disappointment when I find the perfect place. This is nerve wracking. Hopefully I will hear soon and good news.
I have been browsing real estate apps and there are some nice houses for decent prices. I see one I definitely want to look at in Berkeley Heights. It has a deck and a greenhouse. And three bedrooms so I can have guests and plenty of places for people to crash if we hang and drink or whatever.
