The weight lifting is going well. It's nice to be back to working out again. I missed it. As for running. HOLY CALF CRAMP FROM HELL. I am going to be power walking for a while - running seems to bring the cramp right back.

Anyone use Fitocracy? Thoughts? I'm thinking of using it.

Finally was able to carve out a spot to set my weight bench back up. Have missed it. Two hernia surgeries has taken a toll, but I'm cleared to start lifting again. FINALLY.

Does anyone know if pneumonia can transfer from feline to human?

Signed a contract to buy a house last night. Wow. That happened fast. Now the real fun starts.
