Hi, new post.
I know that SG normally has blogs about sex, relationships, and stuff like that, great human drama, but here is a more mundane but very enjoyable story, my nephew's 5th birthday. Yes, a family affair ! haha
About a dozen kiddies, and about the same number of parents (and me) were in attendance. The kids played games, including an air castle which the children jumped on and climbed, playing batman and ironman, and eating. The food was good, including healthy food, fruit and such like, as well as sweet cakes and pastries. All good fun. I enjoyed myself.
My nephew is a great boy.

Better, though there's still a ring of dead skin surrounding the spot where the blisters were. Occasionally they tear up a bit. Yowsie!

I used my Doc Martens. Obviously I should get something else. Especially since I plan to do some more shorter day hikes this summer.
