Saw Leminey Snicketts last night. While I was not blown away by it (lately nothing has done that) I was delighted. I was just glad they didnt fuck it up like so many others are doing these days. Blade to be exact. Bleh. But the movie is about 3 children whose parents get burnt to crispies. They are forced to go live with their uncle 400 times removed or something and he tries to kill them. Sounds pretty easy. But where the fun begins is Jim Carry. Good god I never tire if this mans humor. He is just so stupidly engrossing that you cannot dislike a movie that he is in. If you do, well then you are the anti-christ and we should marry if you are female without delay. We'll deal with the Carry hating later.

The sets and the backgrounds are so TIm Burtonish that it felt like the master himself. I liked it.

My advice, go see it. Now.
