Well, I went to my Mt Bike race yesterday. I crashed 5 times. We started at 1 min intervals and the guy behind me crashed once. He still didn't catch me. 
But today is one pain filled moment after another. I went down on my ass bone on a rock and boy does it hurt today like no end. I walk like I was involved in a prison rape scene. I have some rather ominous bruises on my leg. Photo included in about an hour. But it was super fun. I came in 6th. I rode down the mountain in 6 mins 15 secs. Thats over tree rotts, rocks, mud and almost a couple litte kids that were trying to cross the course.
It was wonderful.
