Ok. I am walking on clouds for the moment. This day went something like this.
Went to get a haircut at my favorite shop. Reggies hair salon on Peachtree industrial blvd cause I do live OTP ( outside the perimeter for you that don't live in Altanta. That is where all the freaks, weirdos and cheerio rapist live ) and while I am sitting on the chair, Reggie ( who is not gay ) tells me that I am going to have to beat the women off with a stick after I get this haircut. I laugh and politely tell him that I can't seem to get near enough to a woman lately to hit them with a stick much less beat them off of me. He just smiles.
5 minutes later I get a phone call from a girl that I went out with and hadn't heard from in a week or so. Strange? Coincidence? Possible. I chalk it up to randomness and move on.
After that I go to a friends house and lo and behold, meet a beautiful woman. whom I ask for her #, get it and an invite to go over to her place to watch a movie. Eerie me thinks.
We watched Punch Drunk Love. I think I wanted to punch someone out after watching that movie. Very bad first date choice of movie.
So the moral of this story is: Tomorrow I am going to strangle Reggie until he tells me the secret ingredients that he put in my hair and then tip him 20 dollars.
The woman I met is very pretty, funny to talk to and very nice to hug on and snuggle with. Maybe the gods have stopped holding the magnifying glass over my head and finally allowed me some pleasure or maybe it was the bad movie that made her attention span wander. Time will tell.
