Van Cliburn died today.

I'm not big on new year resolutions but In the last month or so I've been eating much healthier and working out a lot and it's working. Take a look at this site for a guide to healthy living there's a lot of really good info.

it's all free, it's all good and scooby seems like a pretty down to earth kinda guy. The majority of the site is focused on building muscle but there is a section on weight loss through cardio and good nutrition. Best thing to do is play the long game. Just try to loose a couple of pounds a week at the most, don't starve yourself or you'll get cravings and binge and the absolute best most priceless piece of info I got off there "Eat you calories don't drink them!"
