its one of those days. i'm feeling self conscious and fat. i hate these but they come around.ugh. i mean depending on the day or week i'm a size 10/12. recently my weight has been fluctuating up and down withing 10 pounds and it sucks. i feel like i'm on a roller coster. i'm on the higher end of the spectrum right now and i'd like to get down at least 15 pounds. this sucks. i hate when i feel this way....
