I don't really want to date right now, but he was so laid back about it, it seemed pretty okay to just get a beer, you know? I didn't want to go talk about my heart and stroke. I didn't want to talk about how I just moved all of my shit out of John's place earlier in the day. I didn't want that kind of heavy conversation. we didn't talk about John, but I felt like, "so do you think you'll ever be back at 100%?" was every bit as inappropriate. first dates are just way too much work. I think I would do much better with an arranged marriage, seeing as I can put up with just about everything.
