it isnt ever ok, well unless theres mutual hate involved between the kid and at least one parent. in which case asta la vista why the hell didnt mother/father do this MUCH sooner.
but all in all it always sucks and never stops hurting really.

Anyway, read your latest two entries, and it goes without saying that breaking up always sucks. I've gone through it twice, and it was completely circumstantial both times, but I was on the losing end both times. It's tough to say how long it'll take to completely get over someone, but what I do to help that along is think about all the little things about them that I never really liked. Little quirks can easily magnify into things that make it start to seem like the best thing that could have happened.
Besides, you're friggin' cute as hell, and your typing and profile tell me that you're smart (and have a sense of humor), so you shouldn't have any trouble meeting guys. On the other hand, I can't speak on behalf of the whole of my gender to assure you that the next guy you meet won't be an asshole, a dickhead, or both simultaneously. Just stay positive, I guess.
Then again, I could be talking out of my ass and have absolutely know idea what's going on, but I hope all this text was SOMEWHAT useful.
