My friend has some awesome pictures from new years (And some terrible ones of me looking SUPER depressed/intoxicated) and I wish photobucket wouldn't go crazy when she tried to upload them.

11.00am March commences from lower Queen Street to Myers Park

11.30pm Arrive Myers Park (Off Queen Street)

12.00pm Formal proceedings begin

1.00pm Proceedings conclude

This march is basically against the civil union bill, that they have decided is more appropriate "same sex marriage bill" (ironic how they rename it to something that sounds religeous when no one else ever mentioned marriage?) Apparently their reasoning for it is because it is such a minority in gay relationships it not equal rights but special rights (where is the love? - or LOGIC for that matter?) anyway hope everyone will get out there and help out the minority, who are too small to make this stand on their own.
