Not on my personal list of really great ideas so I must respectfully decline. If you think it's the most direct route to happiness then I guess you will have to try it but for my money real boobs are nice and that's as far as I'll go. Paradoxically though, I've started to have boobs and they are in no way appealing,Ā in fact most definitely, the smaller the better when it comes to my own. Highly contextual, one might say.
