Well, I actually did have a small business for a while, cupcakes!

We went to different farmers markets, had our business license and did deliveries to many happy customers. I had quit my job to take care of my mother as she went through breast cancer, so we turned her kitchen into a bakery. My friend and I would bake cupcakes and she would be our taster for experiments. We made decent money, but a few things pushed us to close down the shop. One being, the Cottage food Law made it impossible for us to conduct legal business. In order to continue, we had to rent a kitchen which there was none of. Second, when we found this out I was actually deciding at the time to go vegan haha. So, it wouldn't have worked out, but it was a wonderful learning experience.

These new dreams I have are similar, but just veganized. I love baking, and I'd like to think my vegan baking is just as good (but I'm allergic to vegan butter, so frostings would be difficult). It's not as pretty as cupcakes, but I'm still learning.

Down here there isnt a market for vegan food unfortunately, so for now they are just dreams. I love feeding people though, maybe someday I'll make it a reality.
