I've finally finished university, after seven long, soul-reorganising years. I graduate in August, and will be able to put my love/hate relationship with Sydney behind me. It's a great place to visit, and that's all I have to do there now.

Although university has been a thoroughly life-changing experience, the only part of it I am really happy about is meeting my beautiful Countessa. She was silly enough to do the same course I did, and was one of the few people there that didn't drive me mental.

I also learnt Greek, Old English, French, Grammar, and how to relate buildings to vague concepts that noone outside of an architecture faculty can understand. While I was at uni, I learnt how to design buildings by actually working in the industry. It didn't help me much with the design tutors, who couldn't stand how practical I was.

I also eventually learnt what a hipster was, and realised that they were 90% of why I wasn't enjoying university terribly much... The other 10% was due to the lecturers that had never actually designed a building.

That said, I thoroughly enjoyed studying linguistics and languages, even if they are of no use to my life.

Now we're in business, and starting out on living life the way we want it. Not too shabby really.
