here's my tangent-esqu blog for the day

Well, it's summer holidays. I have a job mentoring inner city youth, so I'll probably be teaching some philosophy to them while giving drum lessons. I'm reading a bunch of stuff this summer; mainly in philosophy of mind. Hmm what else? Puppy got his shots yesterday and we wrestled today when i got up, i won yet again. I'm kinda short on cash, but i think i can hold out until this summer job kicks in. Also I went to the doc today, I'm going to have to go into a sleep study thinger in the hospital; i can't get enough sleep at night because my mind just won't shut off, I just have all these ideas buzzing around in my head. I'm told this is not uncommon for grad students in philosophy, so I guess I'm getting some pre-graduate stress sindrome (that's my word for it anyways). Anyways the sleep study is just to rule out the possibility that I'm breathing irregularly during the night.
