Ever get to the point in your career where you realize that you're at a dead end. Things are good, you've a means to pay the bills, but you hate what you are doing and if you continue, it will suck the rest of life out of you. I'm there this week!

I've got my own consulting business helping companies define their products and product development strategy. My challenge is that I work alone and I realize that I need to be part of an ongoing team, not just brought in for a short while to address a specific issue.
