for me...illustrator. Only because that was the first program I learned to use. A friend of mine sat me down and showed me how to scan a drawing and add color to it in illustrator. I never looked back. Illustrator is more idiot-friendly. The color management is better (wysiwyg) and the file sizes are smaller. Also handling text is better. Sadly all the illustrator tutorials and books don't exploit what you can do with line art. They just focus on vector cylinders or logos.

I would like to learn to color my drawings...i got Illustrator cs3 back in January.
It's not going well.
Any suggestions and pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I just want to learn to add some color to my drawings, nothing complicated.
