So, I assume by now we have all heard of facebook, it's like myspace with specifications to which college you attend. It's an interesting little thing and mostly pretty useless. That is until people like ABCD add you and you go, "Holy fuck! You made my life hell; you tormented one of my best friends who was only trying to help you; and you told many people you disliked me. What's this about?" or someone you haven't spoken to in a while but otherwise you assumed you were still on good terms with denies your request and then writes a journal entry about it. Hmm.
It's funny to see how people change and how things they once said they would never do they are now doing. It's funnier to see how people seem to lack the maturity to address their grievances with you, with you. Some of us learn from our mistakes and move on in life - we grow up - apparently, the rest of us dwell on stupid arguments and fallings outs with mutual friends and declare life "not worth it." It was high school people. Grow up some.
As for ABCD, yeah, I accepted her, I NEVER talk to anyone off of facebook anyways (that is, unless I talk to them fairly often as it is) it's just a way to laugh at people. Is it really worth denying her my "friendship" on there because I have some issues with her that she has managed to get past, but I haven't yet? No, not really. Maybe it shows that she is more mature than I and can move on after all of that. This directly relates to the other issue in which I am apparently more mature and can move on, but I just don't know.
Do me a favor though, if you feel the need to talk shit about me in your journal/myspace/facebook/life, don't use my full name, that's rude. The people who matter in such issues already know who I am, besides, how the fuck many Evalyns do we all know? One, that's what I thought.
