A little bit about me….
Well is a little bit about me, where Im from, what I do, and how I got to the State of Arizona. I am 35 years old and I grew up in a town in Shelton, Connecticut. I had lived in CT pretty much all my life up until the age of 30. I grew up in a house hold where I was the oldest out of 4 children, and I was the oldest (first ) on my mothers side of the family out of 15 grandchildren. Ego started building early in my life..haha. Anyways, played sports all the way through high school, football, baseball, and track (sprinter…hate long distance running. Even running a mile is too long for me). After graduating high school, I attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. Allow I graduated on time in 4 years, it was not easy. I had to take some summer classes in order to keep my on track. My major was quite hard and all the partying always seemed to interfere…haha..go figure. After graduating, I got a job pretty much right away working for a start-up pharmaceutical company. I worked for this company for 10 years starting at the very bottom and rising all the way to the Manager of the Manufacturing department. In 2009 I came to Arizona for a vacation on Lake Powell for an entire week of just straight partying. During that time I met a woman that I would soon marry and move to Arizona for. My wife and I had only known each other for 1 month before we got engaged. I flew her to NYC to take her to the diamond district to pick out her ring (this was probably the only good thing she remembers of our marriage). So I met my wife to be on Jun 3rd 2009, got engaged on July 4th 2009, and then got married August 29th 2009. From the start of the marriage to its recent demise, nothing ever worked. I moved her to work in San Diego and I flew back and forth to SD and PHX every week on my own $$. First year of doing that I spent prob close to 15K in traveling fees. Well that only lasted for about a year and half then I finally found a job her in Az. After starting my job in Az it was really the first time that we had actually lived together and it was not good from the start. We never fought, we just never did anything. Finally about 6 months, we talked about a separation and just recently (week ago) we signed our divorce papers and submitted them to the court. We both are very civil with each other and honestly, it is def without a doubt for the best.
So since she left me the house, I am still choosing to live in Az as long as I can find another job. My company is closing out building and my termination date is Nov 29th. But I get 2 months severance plus my big yearly bonus. So I should be ok for a little bit. But I keep my head up. I just know something is going to work itself out.
