In response to an earlier post you wrote- as I get older I find that I'm more body-conscious. I've never had a problem with my body or weight, I've never wanted to be skinny as s model.
But now, I find myself wanting to lose weight more and more. In the past few weeks my friends have noticed my weight loss and I never felt happier when bragging about how many pounds I've lost- all by accident (I had some tooth problems last month)
Now I'm actively trying to lose weight for the first time in almost 26 years. I don't think I'd ever be anorexic...I love food and I work way too hard to be starving myself, I'd definitely pass out before I got very far. Throwing up? Nah- I hate gagging myself.
I just wonder where my body dislike came from all of a sudden?
