Went the flix last night to see a couple of movies with my mate Ian, first on the list was The Fantastic mr Fox. Total pants!! Ian was impressed but he is a lover of the book.

Second - Men Who Stare at Goats! - entertaining but WTF was it really about? It really was a nothing story!

Feel like a right fat bastard this morning though - way too many nachos and popcorn. Cycled into work to try and burn off a bit, I'm now in desperate need of an oxygen tank, sooo unfit. Any ladies can offer mouth to mouth then let me know
