A middle-aged man, fairly dressed, is walking down the mostly vacant urban street. He is not rushed, but there is a briskness in his step that could only hint at some sense of urgency.

He arrives upon a young boy who, as many boys his age would be, has signs of dirt and wear across his clothing and face. No doubt he has seen his share of rough-housing with his mates.

A conversation then ensues, much along the lines of this:

Man: "Have you heard the news? Its rather exciting."
Boy: "I do not know what news you speak of. You'd have to explain."
Man: "Fair enough, but it is something not entirely justified by mere verbal explaination."
Boy: "You continue to confuse me, kind sir. I grow tired of your games."
Man: "Here here, calm down. Its definately worth a thought."
Boy: "You trick me with your pretentious twists and turns... I ought to beat you. Beat you with your own severed tongue."
Man: *laughs* "What a sight that would be! So glorious!"
Boy: "Oi, it would, for the world loves such things, as I would love to be the cause of your utter torment and excruciating dismemberment."
Man: "Yes, it is exciting. Exciting indeed. The winds are beginning to blow, and soon the grass will share the emotions of the tides."
Boy: "Wonderful it is, to play in such a way. You are immensely revolting."
Man: "You will see, it is surely on its way. I can hardly wait."

With that conclusion, the man carried on about his way leaving behind the spirited young boy sitting alongside the road.

Soon it will be here, soon indeed. In the meantime, some patience will be key. It is patience that shall prove a worthy attribute.
