If I was still a student, I'd be in class right now. I'll admit, I already miss it. I kinda envy those who get to have just a 'normal' job search where just resume and personality are what counts.
I've already 'fixed up' my resume, but then I have to finish fixing up my portfolio, then make an e-portfolio, then make a promotional piece, then a website. Oh yeah, and personality.
Having all of those things are pretty much considered mandatory, otherwise you're just shopping the bottom of the barrel so-to-speak. And thats no good. I want at least mid-barrel. Mid-barrel has got to have better stuff than the bottom where its all grimey and maggoty. Cheers to the mid- to high-barrel.

once you're in you're in. you get a bit of experience down and then it's all up to the hard work you put in... but don't ever forget to have fun.
Just make sure you remember to wave down to those of us at the bottom of the barrel every so often... the maggots never wave...
Honestly though, good luck with the portfolios, promo piece and website. Hope you land yourself a great job.
