Oh mannn, Thursdays are so busy for me with work. I get home and crash HARD! How do you guys destress and unwind after a hectic day?

Love these responses! I pretty much do a variation of all these things. The only thing I've dropped off lately has been exercising because my new job is quite strenuous as is which is what gets me so wrecked!

I usually drink to unwind, or sex, sex is always relaxing 😂  Hope you got to relax and unwind
