it has been 9 days since i saw that gut wrenching, awe-inspiring PBS nature show celebrating the holy COW and it's many influences and uses to all cultures throughout history. it really opened my eyes when they did the segment about america and when factory farming was started in the early 1900's, and how factory farmed cattle is fed over 55 million pounds of antibiotics to keep them "healthy", because of the close living situtaions and how the recycled "feed" they give them cause their stomachs and intestinal track to rupture. i have not touched any beef, pork or chicken since then. i am in no means going "vege" but i'll only eat wild caught seafood and i'll eat what my dad kills, (our freezer is always well stocked with venison) but that's it. i cant even look at some one eating a burger at work with out my stomach turning. 
my body already feels more refreshed and i've lost a pound and a half according to my scale!
in other news, monster mania is this staurday, and i am greatly looking forward to it.
psychozimeffnes just informed me of another convention in august, located in maryland that i think kwe might also attend. fucking bruce campbell is going to be there! as well as jeffrey combs, tom savini, doug bradley, and so many others but fucking BRUCE CAMPBELL! oh my gawd erich is gonna have to hold me back when i try to hump his leg. i think i am going to make a plaque with a big ole zombie head on it (i'll sculpt it) and get every one to sign it. i just gotta get motivated to do artsy stuff. it's a 7 hour drive though and if we do go we are going to do all 3 days of it and stay the entire weekend. my boss is gonna love this one! i'll post more info about it when i look it up, maybe some of you can jion us!

I gave up red meat a while ago, but I still eat chicken and fish. I dont really eat pork other than bacon (which is my own personal heroin).
