the juice fast has been proving to be most excellent! i was going to stop yesterday but since it is working so well and i am feeling great i am going to extend it to the suggested length of 8 days. so 3 down, 5 to go. i did eat a very light dinner last night consisting of a tekka roll, a kappa roll and a cali roll. but i didn't stuff myself, and drank a glass of juice before we ate.
it is great to feel healthy. and it is great to make it through the day without the cravings for stackers, the anxiety, irritability and jitteriness while on stackers, and the headaches, sleeplessness and junk binging while coming down from them.
i've had little to no cravings to stuff my face with crap, feel full and energetic throughout the day, and have a peaceful clarity to all my other senses.
i suggest to anyone that is feeling like they've ingested 1 too many toxic medicines to try it out. go buy a juicer. god i sound like a hippie.
