I have bleeding blisters on both heels. fucking hell. I run with tennies, no socks, because socks are an agent of the devil. I've been training for a triathlon, so I decided to be all tough and run anyway, even with the blisters. (though I did make a pact with the aforementioned agent.)

now I want to be a crabby bitch about my blisters.

I was listening to ass music while I was running....at one point, I stopped in the road and shook that thang. HAHAHA - people probably thought I was insane. I don't give a shit.

I have a big bite mark. that's all you need to know. but it makes me hot.

I'm tired. but I can't sleep. how fun.
