jury duty was the biggest waste of time that i have ever experienced. i slept half the day away in a terribly uncomfortable chair only to narrowly avoid being selected for a 2 week+ asbestos civil case. i feel bad for the lady that they picked even though she has settlement on her house on the day the trial starts. they had the balls to tell her that she needed to call her relator and reschedule it. what the hell is that?

at any rate, back to work today. lots of fancy things to get done before i'm off again for four days.
