So today we had a letter from the divisional director outlining the figures we have to achieve to get a bonus this year and unfortunately, it's not looking good at all... Basically we're not getting a bonus! Stick that on top of the fact that we didn't get a pay rise this year and you get an office full of de-motivated people...

It has got me considering my options though, I've been intending to do some further education for some time now and if the situation at work is going to keep going down hill, then I'd be very tempted to just leave and go to university. This does kind of tick all my boxes at the moment aswell, it gets me away from living at home and (hopefully) improves my future carreer prospects. Though there's that nagging bit of me that's wondering how well I'd get on with education again...

I'm also having some serious issues deciding on my next tattoo design... I found some flames that I really like, but my friend (who's opinion I really value) told me she thought that flames looked tacky, which has got me seriously thinking about how good/bad the design would look - I am a ball of indecision!

Looks like I'm doing a whole lot of thinking this week...
