mix equal parts sugar and condensed milk in a container, mix. then add 4 tsp vinegar let sit DO NOT STIR! after 5 minutes take a spatula and stir gently a few times ( stirring to much makes it runny) let sit again for 5 minutes and it should be a thick creamy white substance like you want if not then you fucked up
