Thank you for the welcome and ideas.

I'm chef by trade but I find myself in a suit now doing more paper work and customer relations than actual cooking.
The closest I get is my tri-anual menu re-write.

What do you think of this.

Bombay Shrimp Wrap.

Baby shrimp with carrots, greens and sprouts in a coconut ginger sauce.

So far it's within my cost guide lines.
