Well I hate to say this but the "no smoking" thing didnt last long. That gum is horrible, it tastes like you are chewing up a ciggarette and it dosent make you not wanna smoke. I dont see why they cant make something that dosent taste like shit to help people quit smoking. And the way you have to chew it is weird.....chew it then hold it in your mouth and let it tingle again and then repeat that until 30 mins passes...wtf. I mean you cant even eat 15min before or after you chew it. Anyways as for right now im just gonna keep smoking, maybe sometime down the road they will make something that tastes good. How have all of you been doing though??

My husband quit smoking in 2007. He tried everything (gum, patch, etc.)... Nothing worked! Finally, he quit "cold turkey," and he's been smoke-free for 2 years now! I know it's different for every person, but I thought I'd throw that suggestion out there...
