I've really got tired of some of my friends,especially the "alternative" ones. In their rush to distance themselves from their parents they are turning into them through the medium of music fascism.
I like metal as much as the next person, but it dosen't always float my boat.Some times I want to listen to something different ( both style & volume) , i want to hear melodies & lyrics.Yes melody it's an important part of any song.

This reminds me -have you noticed that unmusical people tend to be the worse music fascists just the least creative peple tend to be the worst art critics.

I hate people dragging me down to their shallow level because their so insecure they try & drown out that insecurity with loud music and sterotypes. I think I shall have a listen to Simon & Garfunkel and reflect on stuff.
