So I just got back from my volunteer work with the Red Cross in Biloxi, Mississippi. WOW, I spent two weeks down there and in most places the damage was unreal! I was going around to peoples houses doing damage assesments. What happened was people would come aply for Red Cross Aid. Then we would take their applications and go to their houses and detirmine weather or not the had enough damage to get aid from the Red Cross.

It was a great experiance but having to tell some people that they did not meet the requirments was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. But if they did not meet the requirments I considered them lucky. Because the little amount of money the Red Cross would have given them would not have even come close to helping them repair major damage.

Now I am back to the impossible task of finding a job in the little town I call home. I can't find a job here in Lemoore or the surrounding area for the life of me. I am about to go down to Taco Bell and appy to sling some taco's. I was hoping for something better, having a college degree and all but I guess I have to start out somewhere.

If I spend one more week stuck in this small studio apartment I call home I am going to go crazy! The only thing I can afford to do is sit home and watch TV or screw around on the computer. Thank god the NHL is back on. I had to order the NHL package with my cable company so I could watch the Redwings all the way out here in Cali. I am going to hate to see my next credit card bill.
