Yeah, I think he was trying to scare me. I almost crapped my pants when he asked if I could read. I wanted to say, "No," and then just break down in tears with some horrible story of why I never learned how to read. I think all cops I've ever encountered have been cocks. If I'm speeding or doing something illegal I just suck it up and take the ticket and don't put up a fight.
