I haven't had a chance to rest since right after the concert. Between work and everything else I'm bloody tired. This is the first day off I've had to do anything like this.
Worked every day since the concert. Which none of my pictures came out, which really sucks. But that's what I get for using a one time only POS camera.
My next day off was Thanksgiving. So Wednesday I drive to my friend Navdeep's as soon as I'm off of work and spend the night there helping him fix his computer. And for those of you who didn't know, you can salvage a crashed hard drive. Wnet for a walk at about four AM to take some pictures of the city lights from the top of this hill, then went back and slept until ten or so.
Spent all day cooking because Deep's mother had to work. Finally got the twenty five pound turkey in at four PM. Then we went for a hike while it was in the oven, that killed a few hours. Dinner wasn't readt until ten-thirty that night. So my extended family and I enjoyed dinner and then I just relaxed for a few hours before going to sleep.
But I had to work, in Ukiah, at seven, and didn't sleep until two thirty. Woke up at three thirty and took off. Hit the freeway ging eighty and after five miles I saw familiar looking headlight's. I switched lanes, then he switched lanes. Ya, it was a cop. I was freaking out about a speeding ticket and he hits the lights and pulls me over.
"We pulled you over because you were weaving. You almost hit the center divide twice, there's new construction going on, but did you even notice?" I explained to him that I didn't and I had just woke up and had to be in Ukiah at six for work. "Well, I'm from Santa Rosa, so you'll make it in time. Have you had anything to drink?" Half a glass of wine at eleven thirty. Following that was a sobriety test, which I didn't think I did well on, but I was groggy. I got in the car his partner had my liscence and we had a nice little chat. "Here's your liscense, grab some cofee, or soda if you din't drink cofee, just so you can wake up.' "I'm pretty awake now," was all I could think of saying.
Back on the road going about a hundred most of the way I got back at five thirty, went to work, which blew hard. Got off, went home slept for twelve hours, woke up went to work at six AM, found out I didn't have to work until FOUR, and went back home to sleep. Since then been busy.
That was long, I'm tired, all of you know I didn't fall off of the planet. So I'm going to spread my seed and go to bed. And by that I implicate going through Journals and commenting to get some back. Because in a social environment a relative new comer can't just sit back and expect attention.
My love goes to you all. In that plutonic, I want to be friends, but you're really hot and friendly kind of way.

the lighting was the same crappy lighting for all my pictures... the ones that made it to the set were just enhanced by them in photoshop.
