These past few weeks have been absolutely wonderful. Up until this past week, my new girl and I spent most every waking (and sleeping) minute together. Going to restaurants, movies, clubs, shows, bars, staying in and relaxing... It's been great. New Years was especially cool. We ended up at the semi secret, sorta underground Club ID warehouse party on a place called Converse St. They sold alcohol all night, had kickass electro bands play while swarms of hipster kids danced the night away coked out of their heads... By the time we got home at 7:30, we were pretty delerious! The rest of the weekend was low-key as we tried to recouperate by watching movies and making out.
Anywway, I should stop gushing about that. I'm pretty psyched for the next few months in shows - Nada Surf with Velvet Teen, Mates of State, Colin Meloy solo, Interpol (again! twice!) among others...
