I have discovered Runners Knee! Whoo Yeah! This sucks.
I'm in my third week of training now, and still going strong. I want those results.
Buuut... I'll be sticking to the low impact stuff for a while. Had a good go on the bike this morning so it all equals out.

The Wife came home liquored up on Saturday night, and I came to two conclusions. Her being drunk is good because it makes her supper horny. It's bad though because she's all kinds of rough with my delicates. And also good and bad because the woman cannot be satisfied. I need a team of marines to back me up.
Also, I realized that I miss how vocal she used to be before we had kids. Damn kids.
