I can't believe anybody actually wants to work in an office but then I've probably done it for too long. How good it is depends pretty much entirely on how nice the people you work with are.

Death to the dress code!

I've succesful got my self down to jeans and trainers now. If I can rid of the need to wear a shirt with a collar (and they let me wear band t-shirts) I can wear exactly the same stuff I wear when I'm not working.

Working with your brother? Think I'd just fight with my sisters if I had to work with them. I hope you 2 are calmer with each other then we are.
