People of Earth:
Man, work is getting downright agonizing. I worked 14 hours strraight yesterday, and all to line the pockets of those stupid, arrogant, greedy, pathetic little men.
"Do you believe in voo-doo? 'Cause I was sorta thinking about getting into that shit."
I've intentionally been making it blatantly obvious to everyone there how absolutely furious and repulsed I am with the mere sight of them. The only ones spared the wrath of my spiteful glare are the select few in my department, the ones I'd really feel bad if I let down (they've fought to keep the bastards from letting me go in the past, they've fought to get me a comparatively satisfactory salary).
This is what makes it tricky.
If I don't get fired soon, I have to quit. I just have to.
I have an appointment with an academic adviser on monday... and barely any free time this weekend to try and put together a reasonably pro-looking (or at the very least, presentable) portfolio. The time I'd planned to use was eaten away by the ridiculous hours I've been forced to work.
I'm really trying not to look at school as merely a way to hide while building massive debt I'v no intention of paying back... but hey, whatever works.
I need a drink.
