I was going to write about my obsession with green tea, but I cannot shake from my mind the detainees in Guantanamo, some of whom have been proven innocent by military tribunals thanks to the writ of Habeus Corpus, have had their writ of Habeus Corpus suspended. Instead, I offer a moment of silence to the justice that has died.

yeah....the whale was hard to climb - and there was no way i coulda gotten on top of it...since the majority of the thing was in the wall....but damn...had i been able to ride that whale........that sounds so wrong....
