so. when it rains it pours. uhm, arkansas, is the WORST STATE EVER. got a ticket there and sent in my payment. well, it somehow was "lost in the mail". can you say, im an inbread and probably misplaced it. assholes, so now i owe the shithole of a state $420 in less than a week, thanks for the notice huh, and this means that i wont have a cell phone for about a month. cause the next check i get is rent and other bills. cell phones go to the end of the list when you have a warrent for your arrest because of an inbreeder.
