seems like something is in the air lately. every where i look i see every one i know struggeling w/ something. life is less than simple these days, & it seems like no one is having an easy time holding on to even a little bit of happiness. for me it comes & goes, but over all i'm finding it difficult to take pleasure in even the little things because they all seem to be blotted out by the big stressful things going on in the rest of my life.
the more obstacels ( did i spell that right?) i overcome just seem to clear the way for 3 more. maybe it's just the point in my life that i am at right now. an early 20 something struggeling to establish some sembelance of a grown up life. *sigh* i can only hope it is a stage that will pass. i miss being excited over the simple things...

i went and saw loobie again last friday in detroit with his folk implosion!...the show was absolutely amazing...if you haven't bought the new folk implosion record you are REALLY missing out...it's SHITTY! you'll have to excuse me, i've been replacing the words 'awesome' and 'cool' with the word 'SHITTY' lately. anyways, i think it's something you could use to get out of the rut you're in...there's something about loobie's musical dimeanor than can really help put things into perspective...
