So we decided to get a puppy over two weeks ago. We got him on the 17th & named him Bagel. We were told he was a beagle mix & yes I did ask with what other breed, they were not sure. He was an absolute sweetheart however he was much bigger than we were expecting. I asked a friend of mine to see if her mom knew what breed he was mixed with (she has been training dogs for multiple years), she was able to tell us what he was mixed with. He was a beagle an great dane mix, we do not have the room for him.
When we were on our way to take Bagel to his new forever home on the 23rd we found a shorty jack russell that was looking for a new home. We decided to make the extra stop on our way home to see if she would be a good fit.
We believe he was put in our path so we could make sure he went to the perfect forever home & find the perfect puppy for us. Bagel is now with a family that has three kids and they have an arena for him to run around in with the other dogs. Winnie has settled in nicely & loves cuddles an only cuddles.
